I am glad you landed here! Here is a bit about me: I'm Ann Swanson and my journey started after art school with a trip around the world--studying Yoga, Mindfulness, and Massage in the Himalayas of India and Tai Chi/Qi Gong in China. I then returned to the states to study the science of the human body by doing pre-med. Ultimately, I combined my passions by earning a Master of Science in Yoga Therapy. Now, in addition to being a Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT), I am a professor of Anatomy & Physiology and faculty at Maryland University of Integrative Health. My mission is to make mind/body practices accessible and practical. Really, the secret to wellness seems to be finding balance. Join me in this journey.
