Wellness for Balance: Yoga Therapy & Tai Chi/Qi Gong
This yoga program is the first of it's kind to adapt specifically for improving balance! I developed it using research from the fields of yoga, physical therapy, and exercise science along with years of experience working with people to improve balance. Through the transformative process of yoga therapy, I have seen students not only overcome a fear of falling, but also bring this newfound bravery into the way they approach life.
Great for those with balance blunders, including: those in rehab for previous injuries, arthritis, and our beloved senior citizens.
