A video & audio production company that melds science-backed yoga therapy, tai chi, meditation, & nature therapy.

I studied art at one of the best art schools in the US with a focus on photography and film. This took me around the world with an old-school camcorder in my hands, where I filmed, produced, directed, and edited award-winning documentaries. My films in Peru went on to be featured on PBS television and to earn the Capital Emmy Award.

I put filmmaking aside for a while to earn a Master's Degree in Yoga Therapy, develop several college and Master's-level courses, and build a YouTube Channel. It’s now serendipitously come full circle as I take on mind-body science and wellness media gigs that inspire the evolution of our consciousness. 

I help people move better, relieve pain, and feel calm through original wellness productions.

I shot, produced, and edited this award-winning documentary about a forgotten community deep in the Andes of Peru, so remote that they speak their own dying language. The voyage to get there was long but necessary, as we delivered supplies after an earthquake. This led to becoming a finalist for a National Geographic Grant.
