This is me after the all day "The Science of Touch" course I took today ;) No, I'm kidding! I feel so good after starting my day with a yoga class and learning HEAPS of information on the scientific method, research, massage therapy and yoga benefits. (I even got a little intro into Qi Gong, which is amazing!) I am so inspired by my lovely teacher Ann Swanson. Her career and credentials are everything and I am so glad I did not miss out on this. I could go on and on about how much I learned from this class! I just really want to share my joy and rekindled fire for the health and wellness industry. I have been feeling discouraged the past few weeks so I am so grateful for Ann and this course. I can't wait to put all this knowledge to use in my own practice!
-Bri Hightower, massage therapy training
Ann really took a lot of time to set up and prepare for this class. I can honestly say this was one of my favorite classes so far in massage therapy. She does a great job of keeping everyone's interests and the dialog flowing with great questions that really make you think. She inspired in me a deeper love of research and science. Ann is truly a blessing to those she touches, physically as well as mentally. Thank you again.
